Tripwire have been around since 2002. They are the old-guard of DIY Indian punk rock. Their song ‘Frozen Portrait’ was featured on Stupiditties (v1).

Tell us about ‘God Likes To Sleep’.
Ameya: This song was written basically for people who work in call centers. This is our dedication to them. It is about how working in call centers affects their lifestyle. We wanted it out on Stupid Ditties 2 because of the recent elections in the US. Barack Obama’s win has meant a lot of insecurity for people in call centers.
