The Raghu Dixit Project’s kick started a mini world tour with a gig in Hong Kong. The tour comes on the back off heavy gigging across the country and includes gigs in Russia, Japan and South Korea. This is a pretty sweet deal for the band who’re growing successfully as one of India’s top independent acts.
Their gig in Hong Kong was on the 18th of September and was presented by the Consulate General of India in Hong Kong as part of a ‘Music Beyond Borders’ series. According to the band’s blog (one of the most regularly updated in the Indian scene)
The first show we had was at the live studio of RTHK (Radio Television Hong Kong) where our gig was being recorded live to be aired on Radio.
